Job Description
-
Cash and credit card handling functions, and issuing correct change
-
Assisting customers with their purchases by making drink suggestions or describing drinks in detail

Operating a cash register, computer and paper cataloging systems and processing daily paperwork and forms
-
Up sale on every check
-
Ensures that unauthorized persons are not operating their assigned cash register and keeps passwords confidential

Ensures customers are waited on quickly, efficiently and in a pleasant manner
-
Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as presenting professional conduct and appearance at all times

Adhering to company policies and procedures
Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
-
Must be at least 18 years of age
-
Exceptional customer service and communications skills (both written and verbal)

A positive attitude and great personal drive
-
A willingness and ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
-
Availability to work on weekends
-
Valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation is a MUST
-
Capable of lifting 50lbs of inventory/supplies
-
Must be TABC certified (if applying for location that sells beer/wine)

Must have a current Food Handler Certificate & badge
